LPA, heading to West PH Sea

The low pressure area (LPA) that was first spotted in the Bicol region, in recent days, is moving away from the landmass of Luzon.

According to Pagasa forecaster Samuel Duran, the LPA was last seen 50 km west of Iba, Zambales.

Despite this, expect still rains in large parts of the country.

According to Pagasa, the prevailing bad weather is pulling the southwest monsoon with clouds, even before it crosses Luzon.

“Monsoon rains” also affected Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
