Remulla seeks NBI’s assistance in ‘cyberbullying’

Cavite Rep. Jesus Crispin Remulla Has already referred to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in what he called “cyberbullying” in recent days.

This is after the video of Remulla writing at a Flag Ceremony was spread on social media. Elected at the House committees hearing on legislative franchises and good government and public accountability last week.

According to Remulla, not only he but other congressmen who took part in the ABS-CBN franchise hearing were victims of cyberbullying.

It asserted that their discussion of the Lopez-led broadcast company franchise was their duty as congressmen under the Constitution.

Remulla believes that some individuals are employing trolls to sue them at the height of the franchise hearing.

He said it should not be overlooked and that those behind such measures should be held accountable.

At the same time, Remulla appealed to two committees to write to the NBI to oversee the use of ABS-CBN on Channel 43 of the AMCARA Broadcasting Network.
