President Rodrigo Duterte revealed that the government has the money to buy the coronavirus vaccine.
In his national address on Wednesday night, he said that all citizens of the country will be vaccinated.
Priorities to be given are the poor and the police and military.
The President added that it has already found money for the vaccine and will be looking for more money for the entire 113 million population of the country.
He allegedly talked to some Russian officials and they said they planned to build a COVID-19 vaccine factory in the country.
