President Rodrigo Duterte has revealed that 75 percent of the world’s supply of COVID-19 vaccine is being restricted by at least 10 countries.
In his national address this Wednesday night, this is the reason why the Philippines has not yet bought the vaccine against COVID-19.
America is one of those accused by the president of blocking vaccines for the country’s 332 million population.
The president has already advised the public to wait and obey the government’s order.
