Gov. Gwen Garcia violated government’s policy not wearing a mask

Netizens and her constituents are frustrated because Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia has decided not to wear a mask despite the coronavirus pandemic.


In one of her photos, a netizen questioned why she was not wearing a mask. Health authorities have been careful to keep Garcia’s age because they are vulnerable to coronavirus.

The governor responded, saying she would breathe more carbon dioxide in his mouth which would cause “overall exhaustion, lower my immune system and affect my brain.” she replied to facebook comment but it was deleted.

Some netizens are outraged while others say Garcia violated the government’s policy of not wearing a face mask in the city.
