Complaints against government corruption, suddenly poured out – DOJ

It is said that the complaints received by the task force formed by the Department of Justice (DoJ) investigating government corruption have already reached 60.

According to DoJ Usec. and Spokesperson Emmeline Aglipay-Villar, just this week when the DoJ anti-corruption task force experienced a sudden outpouring of complaints.

She said the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is the most involved in irregularities especially in construction projects outside Metro Manila.

So far, the operations center secretariat of the task force continues to consolidate complaints.

Earlier, Aglipay-Villar said the wife of DPWH Sec. Mark Villar that she will not participate in any investigation by the task force especially when her husband is involved.
