2018 Miss Universe Catriona Gray has no plans to miss the spread of her raw nude photo recently.
This is after the 26-year-old half Australian beauty Bicol native formally filed a single libel case against the editor and writer of a tabloid who started publishing such nude pictures that were fake.
Cat was accompanied by her talent manager Erickson Raymundo and legal counsel Josabeth “Joji” Alonso when she went to the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office yesterday to submit and swear in her statement.
Gray filed one count of libel and one count of cyber libel with Bulgarian editor Janice Navida.
While he also filed a number of libel cases with writer Melba Llanera.
Attached to the affidavit is a photo of a Russian model who looks like the fourth Pinay Miss Universe.
A photo in the bath tub was allegedly taken in a Valentine’s Day advertisement.
“To add greater insult to the injury, respondent Navida even tried to defend her actions by frivolously implying that they did their part to protect me, that in releasing the subject photo, they had my best interest and blurred the private part,” part of Gray’s statement in his affidavit.
