The Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) has strongly denied the speculations that COVID-19 was used in the “great escape” of high profile inmates in the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP).
It will be recalled that many suspect that COVID-19 actually killed nine high profile inmates including convicted druglord Jaybee Sebastian and that they may have escaped and that other corpses were cremated.
BuCor spokesman Col. Gabriel Chaclag, only consumes energy and resources in answering such speculations and there is no truth.
According to Col. Chaclag, such a scenario is very impossible because hundreds of guards will see or should be complicit in the “grand conspiracy.”
Col. insisted. Chaclag that they truly serve BuCor based on the rules and they will not be dazzled by any consideration to commit such “insinuation.”
